Fill out a PDF form in Chrome and save it
Chrome can display PDF forms, but saving a filled copy, signing it or making answers permanent is fiddly. PDF Haven lists every field in a side panel and shows your answers on the page as you type.
Step by step
- Drag the form into PDF Haven and choose Fill form.
- Every fillable field is listed on the right: text boxes, checkboxes, dropdowns and radio buttons. Your answers appear on the page as you type.
- Need to sign? Switch to Edit & sign and place your signature.
- Tick Flatten if the answers should become permanent (recommended before e-mailing a form back).
- Click Download filled PDF.
PDF Haven — Edit, sign and redact PDFs without uploading them. Free core tools, Pro trial with no card.
Add to Chrome — freeNo fillable fields?
Many forms are just scanned paper. Use Edit & sign → Text to type anywhere on the page, Check to tick boxes, and White-out to cover printed mistakes.
Accented or non-Latin names
Answers in Vietnamese, Polish, Greek or other scripts are kept in the form. Because the form's built-in font cannot draw every character, PDF Haven keeps such forms editable instead of flattening them, so viewers draw the text with their own fonts.
