Batch watermark, number and compress many PDFs

Sending 30 quotes or contracts with the same "CONFIDENTIAL" stamp is tedious one at a time. Batch mode does the whole folder at once, on your computer.

Step by step

1. Open PDF Haven and choose Batch.
2. Drop all the PDFs into the list.
3. Tick what to do: Watermark (type the text), Page numbers (pick a format), Smart compress, Remove document info.
4. Watermark style and number position come from the Watermark and Page numbers tools — set them there first if you want something special.
5. Click Process → ZIP. Each row shows its before and after size; files that cannot be processed (e.g. password-protected) are skipped and marked.

Batch runs inside the tab, so it keeps going while you work in other tabs. File names get the suffix you choose, for example quote-acme-processed.pdf.
